R13 Recruitment are supporting a nationally recognised business in their search for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally focused marketer to take ownership of SEO performance on a large scale, while also supporting email marketing activity, website content management and online visibility initiatives. This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied position combining technical SEO, content optimisation, campaign delivery and website support within a collaborative and commercially driven environment.

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm based just outside of Norwich. Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.

The Day to Day

  • Conducting SEO and website audits to identify opportunities for improved visibility and performance.
  • Researching competitor activity, keywords and emerging search trends.
  • Creating and optimising SEO-focused website content.
  • Supporting on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking and page structure.
  • Monitoring website performance using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.
  • Supporting the planning, delivery and reporting of email marketing campaigns.
  • Managing customer journeys, campaign segmentation and database accuracy.
  • Overseeing online listings, review generation and reputation management activity.
  • Acting as a key contact for website and CMS updates across colleagues.
  • Supporting wider digital marketing projects, website improvements and technical issue resolution.

You Will Have / Be

  • Previous experience within a digital marketing role, with strong SEO knowledge and hands-on exposure.
  • Strong understanding of local SEO, on-page optimisation and website performance.
  • Experience using GA4, Google Search Console and SEO platforms/tools.
  • Comfortable auditing website content and implementing improvements.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and website content updates.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance trends.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable and keen to contribute ideas and improvements.
