R13 Recruitment are assisting a fast-growing and highly successful international organisation in their search for an Office Support professional to join their Norwich-based team. This is a varied and hands-on position, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment whilst providing administrative support across multiple departments. This opportunity would suit an organised, proactive and people-focused individual who enjoys being at the heart of a business, coordinating office operations, supporting employees and creating a positive workplace experience.
Monday to Friday, full-time, with hybrid working available (Thursday from home). Salary is offered at £27,000 - £30,000 DOE.

The Day to Day:
- Managing the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
- Coordinating office facilities, supplies, stationery and equipment.
- Organising food, refreshments and workplace provisions.
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Preparing workspaces, equipment and office resources for new starters.
- Coordinating company events, team activities and workplace initiatives.
- Maintaining office records, internal systems and administrative processes.
- Providing support across HR, Operations and wider business functions.
- Managing parking permits, office access requirements and workplace logistics.
- Supporting senior leadership with adhoc admin and coordination tasks.
- Booking of business travel and accommodation, including international.
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external suppliers.
- Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and workplace efficiency.
You Will Have / Be:
- Previous experience within an office administration, office management, facilities or coordination role.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A positive, approachable and supportive attitude.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Comfortable working across a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to use initiative and solve problems independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
