Implementation Specialist (Insurtech)

R13 Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an exciting and fast-growing insurtech business in their search for an Implementation Specialist to join their growing UK team. This is a great opportunity for a commercial, personable insurance professional who enjoys working with people and able to identify commercial opportunties with clients, but is equally comfortable getting into the detail, recognising anomalies and assuring absolute accuracy in the data. You’ll need a good understanding of commercial insurance, terminology and classes of business , alongside strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements and translating insurance products, pricing structures, rating rules and documentation into the company’s innovative technology platform. You’ll be involved throughout the implementation journey, from understanding requirements and configuring products through to testing, training and successful client launch. Based in London , you’ll work from their modern office an average of two days per week , with opportunities for national and international travel to client sites, events and industry expos.
