We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing & Promotions Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of promotional campaigns and digital marketing activity across our partner network. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign delivery, promotional strategy, content creation, LinkedIn management, and market intelligence to directly support revenue growth and brand visibility. The successful candidate will work closely with Commercial and Account Management teams to drive structured, data-informed promotional output and strengthen our external presence.
Promotions & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage a structured promotional calendar aligned with commercial objectives
- Design and execute monthly and seasonal campaigns across regulated and non-regulated markets
- Coordinate game launches, featured placements, and partner-facing promotions
- Ensure promotional mechanics are commercially sound and aligned with margin targets
- Track and analyse campaign performance with BI support
LinkedIn & Digital Presence
- Own and manage the company LinkedIn strategy and posting calendar
- Create and publish engaging content aligned with product launches, milestones and industry events
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimise content performance
- Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
Creative & Content Development
- Create promotional visuals and marketing assets (banners, social creatives, pitch decks, event graphics)
- Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop (and/or similar design platforms) to produce high-quality materials
- Brief and coordinate with external designers where necessary
- Maintain centralised asset library and brand guidelines
- Conduct ongoing competitor analysis (promotions, positioning, campaign activity)
- Provide structured monthly insight reports to Commercial leadership
- Identify new promotional formats and engagement opportunities
Commercial Enablement
- Support Account Managers with campaign briefs and ready-to-use materials
- Develop promotional templates and playbooks
- Provide post-campaign analysis and optimisation recommendations
Experience & Skills Required
- 4–+ years' experience in marketing, campaign management or promotions
- Experience within iGaming, B2B or online casino preferred
- Experience managing LinkedIn or B2B social media channels
- Ability to execute independently and manage multiple projects
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail
