Healthcare Recruitment Consultant RTC Resources are expanding our healthcare team and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in winning new business and growing our client base. We specialise in supplying high-quality staff to private hospitals, nursing homes and care providers, and are looking for someone with the ambition and energy to help us take our business to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with an experienced leadership team who will support and develop you, while also giving you the freedom to bring ideas, build your own desk, and put your stamp on the future of RTC Resources. The Role * Develop and manage relationships with private hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers. * Generate new business through calls, visits, networking and market research. * Manage the full 360 recruitment process including candidate attraction, registration, compliance and placements. * Work closely with the bookings team to ensure client needs are consistently met with speed and quality. * Deliver outstanding customer service to both candidates and clients.
