RTC Resources are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our growing healthcare recruitment agency. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in taking us through the CQC registration process and then leading our compliance and governance framework moving forward. The Role * Lead the process of securing CQC registration for RTC Resources. * Act as the Registered Manager with responsibility for ensuring all activities comply with CQC regulations and standards. * Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, quality assurance systems, and safeguarding procedures. * Work closely with senior management to shape strategy, operations, and service delivery. * Provide leadership, guidance and training to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. What We’re Looking For * Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager (essential). * In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements. * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. * A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to take ownership and drive processes. * A genuine commitment to quality and safeguarding.
