RTC Resources are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to join our growing healthcare recruitment agency. The Role

Lead the process of securing CQC registration for RTC Resources.

Act as the Registered Manager with responsibility for ensuring all activities comply with CQC regulations and standards.

Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, quality assurance systems, and safeguarding procedures.

Work closely with senior management to shape strategy, operations, and service delivery.

Provide leadership, guidance and training to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained.
