The Role:
The role as a Recruiter can be varied. Some of the tasks you would expect to complete on a daily basis are:
- Engaging and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and the phone.
- Cold calling clients to win new business.
- Client and candidate meetings.
- Arranging interviews with candidates and clients.
- Prepping candidates for interviews.
- Negotiating terms of business.
- Process and offer management.
Who should apply?
- Must be money and career motivated – yes, this is high OTE but it\’s also going to be very demanding. This role will require longer hours than many other trainee recruitment roles.
- Must be super career-focused – there is big upside, but this is still a startup; it\’s going to be hard graft!
- Degree not required – but need to be a good communicator and commercially smart.
- No ego!
