Role as a Trainee

  • Initially, your role will involve sourcing candidates for open vacancies.
  • Headhunting
  • Cold-calling
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process.

The Training

The CEO and founders will lead your training, supported by a dedicated performance coach focused on mental health and high performance. There is a 12-week initial training scheme, with ongoing development and support throughout your tenure.

Your First Six Months

  • 86% of Trainees are promoted within six months, offering you a similar opportunity.
