Role as a Trainee
- Initially, your role will involve sourcing candidates for open vacancies.
- Headhunting
- Cold-calling

The Training
The CEO and founders will lead your training, supported by a dedicated performance coach focused on mental health and high performance. There is a 12-week initial training scheme, with ongoing development and support throughout your tenure.
