Does the prospect of joining a business as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at the very start of the journey excite you? TRM is currently partnering with an exciting start-up that is actively looking for 2 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their business.
Inevitably the quality of a start-up is driven by the leadership team. This leadership team combines 30 years of Recruitment experience, which has included running international offices, scaling UK Teams and top billers of a multi-discipline, multinational recruitment business. You will be learning directly from them.
The Business
- 8 people currently – looking to get to 20 people next year.
- Fintech, FS, Investment management
- Share options
- One Consultant has billed £300k in the last two months (Looking at £100k + commission)
- A real family feel really look after each other
- The whole company goes skiing
- High energy business
The Opportunity
This business will be 50 heads in 3 years, inevitably the future leaders of the business will be the graduates that they hire over the next 18 months. This is a genuine opportunity to be a Director/Senior Manager within 3 years.
What your package would look like if you achieved this.
- Salary and total package – Exceeding £120k
- Share options – Real input into the direction of the business
- Team of 5/6
