You will focus on the booming AI/Data market in the US, working directly with VC\’s and their portfolio companies, which offers a high fee market of around $70k per placement. You will be directly supported by the founder, an independent business coach, and one of the best L&D coaches in recruitment. Why? The founder is a $1 million biller and down-to-earth. You will learn directly from him. Travel to America once a quarter as part of your role. Join a booming market to work in. Warm desk to come into with retained work to pursue. Case Study – First hire (placed by TRM) joined 40 days ago – 3 years of tech recruitment experience beforehand. Before Previous best year of £150k. Had little impact in the business, didn\’t like the corporate culture, and had a poor market platform. Now Billed £38k in the first 40 days (filled 2 retainers passed to him) and just signed his first retainer with 3 guaranteed hires – £160k worth of work.
