We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of an established private staff recruitment company, who are looking for a non-billing manager to take over and grow an established team of recruiters and resourcers.

They have been trading for 20 years focused on the private client space. All of their clients are high net worth individuals, celebrities, sports stars, and business leaders looking to hire for their household staff. This could be a nanny, a chauffeur, security, or head of estate (amongst others). They recruit globally with an average fee of between £10k – £20k. All their clients are INBOUND!
More on the role
You will be leading a team of 7 consultants, initially driving revenue, before then growing the team to 10 and beyond. You will have complete autonomy on how you drive this performance and will provide strategic insights to structure the team moving forward. There is no need to bill in this role, but you will be involved in dealing with key clients and helping with the marketing side of the company.
