The Account Management team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively with our clients to make sure that they can get the best outcomes from their partnership with RTB House. Maximising revenue from existing clients by convincing them to use our full suite of products and helping the new business team to close and onboard brand-new clients is a crucial role.

You Will:

  • Cooperate with the largest brands in the UK portfolio;
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and scale existing campaigns;
  • Conduct business analysis and recommend optimization of goals, KPIs and strategies;
  • Consult with clients to become their go-to advisor on all things display, instream and CTV;
  • Develop marketing strategies using the RTB House product suite in the travel, fashion, marketplace, retail and classifieds industries based on data analysis and your creativity;
  • Partner with technical and sales teams;
  • Elevate client relationships at all levels, up to and including the C-suite;
  • Deliver high levels of customer relationship management, satisfaction and interaction;
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
  • Support the sales team in the process of launching new clients.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in client-facing roles;
  • Experience with biddable or performance digital media;
  • Experience working with large budgets and big customers;
  • Consistent track record of growing a book of business;
  • Ability to discuss holistic marketing strategies with clients and position our point solutions;
  • Customer-centric mindset; ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to solve practical problems proactively and independently;
  • University calibre.
