As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will draw on your consultative-problem solving skills and technical understanding to help customers successfully integrate with RTB House, and ensure that the client's performance marketing goal is met.

You will lead the successful integration of RTB House and the client's e-commerce websites and/or mobile applications, along with daily campaign optimization to ensure the client's goal is achieved.

Will

  • Manage all technical issues related to campaign launching and execution;
  • Supervise the creation of advertising materials (dynamic ad banners);
  • Adjust campaign parameters and test how your changes influence performance results;
  • Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service;
  • Propose solutions for tools and processes;
  • Anticipate market shifts and technical challenges before they impact performance, delivering preemptive solutions rather than reactive fixes;
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • About 2+ years of experience in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising;
  • Fluent English (C1/C2 level),
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Java Script;
  • Experience with debugging tools (e. g. Google Chrome Dev Tools), Google Tag Manager;
  • Experience in using Google Analytics 4, MMP knowledge will be an advantage;
  • Experience participating in client meetings;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently;
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
