The impact you will make:
As the Country Manager at RTB House, you will play a crucial role in executing the market strategy and driving revenue growth for the UK market.You will lead the office operations by orchestrating the following departments: Sales, Finance, AdOps, Supply, People, Marketing, and Admin.
What you will work on:
- Drive revenue growth by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-focused solutions within the teams.
- Leverage your network to meet C-Leve and identify new business opportunities as well as drive the clients\’ portfolio increase.
- Will lead, train and mentor large teams (30+ employees in the UK) by setting clear goals and embodying the company values.
- Be the voice of the company by attending local events (e.g. MADFest, eTAil, Retail Tech Show…)
- Act as an expert in the UK market and the advertising ecosystem.
- Will design the short and long-term business unit strategy.
- Will navigate through a matrix company environment while building and maintaining strong relationships with the executive leadership team in HQ and other countries.
- Will report on sales performance, financial status and budget variance to the Regional Director.
What we are looking for somebody with:
- 15+ years of industry experience
- 10+ years of experience in direct sales, working in the online environment (preferably e-commerce) in the UK market.
- 10+ years of proven team management experience (10+ individuals).
- Business network and experience to present to C-level executives.
- Knowledge of retargeting and RTB model.
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising market in the UK ecosystem.
- Demonstrable ability to forecast sales and build sales plans.
- Demonstrable ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
