The predicted salary is between 22 - 22 £ per hour.

We are looking for an experienced children's family support worker within our Short Breaks Service, who has a proven background in working with and supporting vulnerable children and their families.

Ideally they will have experience in supporting disabled children.

Responsibilities include completing short breaks and carers needs assessment, short break reviews, requests for care and support, voice of the child as part of assessments/reviews, signposting to other services – family hubs etc – and being part of a duty rota.

Possible additional duties include supporting families to implement routines & boundaries, communication plans, positive behaviour support, as required.

Based in our Croxteth Children's Centre, this role is Monday - Friday, 35hrs per week.

£22ph Ltd pay rate.
