The Role As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. You'll lead shifts, support your colleagues, and help deliver outstanding, child-centred care. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people. * Lead shifts and support the day-to-day running of the home. * Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. * Build positive relationships and act as a positive role model. * Support and mentor junior members of staff. * Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning. * Work collaboratively with families, social workers, and other professionals.
