We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Children's Home. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring children and young people receive high-quality, person-centred care in a safe and nurturing environment.
You will lead and support the staff team, promote excellent safeguarding practices, ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations, and deputise for the Registered Manager when required. This role combines leadership, hands-on care, and quality assurance to help achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care.
