Role Overview

As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with case management, document preparation, and client communications. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and summarising findings for case preparation
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports under solicitor supervision
• Assisting with client meetings, gathering case information, and handling inquiries
• Managing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Liaising with courts, regulatory bodies, and third parties as required
• Preparing trial bundles and supporting solicitors in court proceedings
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures, confidentiality, and data protection regulations
• Staying updated on industry changes and relevant legal developments

Who We Are Looking For

• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification (GDL, LPC, or SQE is desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role is advantageous but not required
• Strong research and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• A proactive and professional approach with a commitment to continuous learning
• Interest in pursuing further legal qualifications or career progression within the legal field
