The Role:

We are seeking a proactive Junior IT Support Analyst to join our IT team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and supporting users across the organisation. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity to kickstart your IT career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT issues via phone, email, and in person
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware problems (Windows and Mac)
  • Assist with the setup of user accounts and access permissions
  • Support basic network and printer issues
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff

Requirements:
