The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, assisting users with hardware and software problems and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and in person
  • Set up and configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Assist with account setup and access permissions
  • Support printers, scanners, and other office equipment
  • Maintain IT asset records and documentation
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
