The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some analytical experience to launch their business analysis career. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts on a variety of projects, supporting everything from research and requirements gathering to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Conduct market and data research to support project work
  • Assist with creating reports, presentations, and process maps
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Support the implementation of new processes or systems
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates
  • Assist with data analysis and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Previous experience or internship in business analysis, consulting, or project support
