The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with some analytical experience who are eager to launch their career in business analysis. You’ll support our projects from research and requirements gathering through to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client projects
  • Create reports, presentations, and process maps
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions
  • Assist with the implementation of new business processes or systems
  • Support project tracking and provide regular updates
  • Help with data analysis and preparation of recommendations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail and organisation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • Previous internship or work experience in business analysis, consulting, or project support
  • Familiarity with process mapping or data analysis tools
