Role Overview
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to assess business processes, gather requirements, and provide insights that support decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in gathering and analysing business requirements from various departments
- Supporting the development of process improvements and business strategies
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions
- Assisting in the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to document workflows and identify areas for improvement
