Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficient processes, achieving operational excellence, and driving strategic business objectives. Responsibilities include managing teams across various departments, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, developing growth strategies, budgeting, and implementing operational improvements. Qualifications
