We re recruiting on behalf of a respected provider of Semi-Independent Supported Accommodation for young people and are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a busy Leaving Care service.

About the Role As Team Manager, you ll lead and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered across the service.

This is a hands-on management position, combining operational leadership, safeguarding, quality assurance and relationship management.

You ll be based in the office Monday-Friday (9.00am-5.30pm) but will also regularly visit supported accommodation properties, meet with young people, supervise staff and work closely with local authorities and partner agencies.

We re looking for someone who: Social Work England (SWE) registration is preferred.

Has experience managing or supervising teams within Leaving Care, Supported Accommodation or Children s Services.

Understands the importance of KPIs, performance management and service delivery.

Has strong commercial awareness and can balance excellent outcomes with efficient service management.

Is confident delegating work, motivating teams and managing Support Workers.

Can work on their own initiative, solve problems and think outside the box.

Has excellent safeguarding knowledge and understands the needs of vulnerable young people.
