RT Consulting is proud to be working on behalf of a global leader in technology and innovation to find a talented Program Planning and Control Analyst . This company is a multinational powerhouse renowned for transforming industries with its cutting-edge solutions in aerospace , building technologies , and performance materials . As part of their high-performing team, you will play a key role in managing and supporting complex programs across multiple sites, driving performance and operational excellence. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of program schedules, ensure alignment with financial goals, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure program performance using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Schedule Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • Maintain schedule integrity and track program milestones.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and visually represent the schedule for program reviews.
  • Track budget and program financial data, including Monthly Tieout processes.
  • Prepare and publish program metrics, reports, and status updates.
  • Use SAP Project Systems to manage charge numbers and ensure timely project closure.
  • Lead and submit Program Change Requests related to cost and schedule adjustments.
  • Analyse program risk and plan mitigation strategies with the Project Manager.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of Program Metrics Dashboards.
  • Improve planning and control processes and drive automation for efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business, Finance, or Project Management Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management tools.
  • Strong ability to work in a large, remote, and diverse team environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems, project management software (e.g., Accolade, Milestone Reporter), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in financial data analysis, earned value metrics, and schedule management.
  • Experience with Estimate at Completion (EAC) growth and Milestone Fidelity.
  • PMP Certification is preferred.

Working arrangements:

  • Onsite, Yeovil (potential hybrid once embedded)
