The Role
As our Operational Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our B2B and B2C clients and candidates enjoy a seamless onboarding and user experience. This is a varied, fast-paced position where you will support the Key Account Manager (KAM), manage client accounts, coordinate administrative processes for our Psychological Services, and assist with key operational systems projects. Because we support a global market, you will enjoy flexible working hours to accommodate early starts or later finishes.
