Our consultants are deployed into largescale Programmes/Projects to bring expert knowledge to drive sustainable and long-term change and add value to each project / programme. We are looking fo r a?Project Controls Manager?with the following experience: Holder of APM, ACostE, CCAB or a technical, engineering, business degree at Masters Level Developing and implementing earned value, estimating, cost and schedule control systems, techniques, and procedures Developing Project Controls training programs, managing their delivery, monitoring the effectiveness of training delivery and driving continuous improvement Presenting cost management and planning and scheduling information to management and clients Identifying, analysing and providing innovative solutions to cost management and planning/scheduling problems Performing audits to ensure quality of estimating, cost engineering, planning/scheduling and earned value activities Ensuring the quality and timeliness of cost estimates, budgets, financial reports, risk management and schedules that define the Performance Measurement Baseline The role has an impact on achievement of corporate objectives and may provide advice to senior people and is responsible for strategic management of their project or portfolio. It Is vital that the ideal candidate has both leadership and extensive technical experience. Working within a secure environment, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our society\’s success. You must hold current and active Security Clearance, ensuring it is up to date and has been utilised within the past 12 months to meet the urgent needs of this programme.
