Are you an organisational superstar? Someone who is proactive, highly organised and enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly? Do you have the initiative to take ownership of tasks, solve problems and make things happen?

If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Collins Rolston Architects is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Office Manager to join our friendly, professional team.

For over 20 years, we've been delivering successful projects across the education, healthcare, housing, conservation and commercial sectors. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help us stay organised, efficient and focused on what we do best.

The person we're after will:

  • Be highly organised, self-motivated and confident working independently.
  • Have excellent communication, administration and IT skills.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, invoicing and outstanding client payments.
  • Monitor tender opportunities, planning applications and key business deadlines.
  • Coordinate staff records, CPD registers, accreditations and annual audits.
  • Assist with marketing, PR and general business administration.
  • Be proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

Experience in an architectural or construction practice would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Xero accounting software.

The Position

Four days per week, 9.00am-4.00pm, based in our modern Belfast city-centre office.

We offer a supportive, friendly and professional working environment where initiative is valued and everyone plays an important part in the success of the practice.

If you're someone who takes pride in being organised, enjoys responsibility and wants to make a real difference to a growing business, we'd absolutely love to hear from you.
