As a CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am until 12.30pm and 1pm until 5pm, Friday 8am until 2pm

As a CNC Turner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Setting and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Editing programs to adjust speeds and feeds
  • Producing components to ISO 9001 standards
  • Completing in process inspection to maintain tolerances
  • Maintaining housekeeping in line with 5S principles

As a CNC Turner, your experience will include:

  • At least two years of CNC setting and operating experience
  • Confident use of Fanuc controls including offsets, tool setting and program edits
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Experience producing precision components to tight tolerances
  • Experience of twin spindle or multi axis machines is beneficial
  • Knowledge of Mazak is useful but not essential
