Founded in 2007, RSSI provides a diverse range of solutions across the infrastructure sector through three divisions: Technical Services, Managed Environments, and Welding Services.
The Managed Environments division offers Arboriculture, Ecology Services, Industrial Rope Access (IRATA), and Vegetation Management services.
RSSI has over 200 full-time employees and a large contingent workforce covering most of the UK. It operates from offices in Birmingham, Doncaster, and Cwmbran.
We are seeking Welders specifically with experience of manual metal arc welding grades 1-5 and Flux Core 1&2. You will join a professional and dynamic team of welding professionals working on rail welding projects across South Wales.

What will I be doing?
Successful applicants will be working as part of a 2-4man team (dependant on skill set) within our NWR framework and other projects across the Midlands.

What experience would we like you to have?
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) and have a full UK driving licence
- Must hold a current valid Sentinel Welding competencies
- Trained in the use of the Robel 13:49 (Desirable)
