We’re recruiting a Project Engineer to support delivery across major infrastructure and rail projects, including HS2-related works. This is a key role within the project team, providing technical leadership and engineering coordination to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating engineering activities across the project lifecycle
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Managing technical queries (TQs), RFIs, and design coordination
  • Supporting site teams with technical guidance and issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and technical assurance requirements
  • Managing engineering records, including as-built information

  • Experience in a Project Engineer role within construction, rail, or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of engineering coordination and construction delivery
  • Experience working with drawings, survey data, and technical documentation
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • HS2 or major infrastructure experience desirable
