  • Long-Term Opportunity | 3-Year Project | Security, Ecology & Boundary Fencing

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated fencing teams to join a major HS2 infrastructure project.

This is a long-term opportunity working on the installation of security fencing, ecology fencing, and boundary fencing across multiple project locations.

Successful teams will be working on a prestigious national infrastructure scheme with a programme duration of approximately three years.

1 x Fencing Supervisor

Essential Requirements

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • CSCS Gold Card
  • Cat & Genny (HSG47)
  • Proven experience supervising fencing operations on large civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and site documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily fencing activities
  • Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
  • Coordinate labour, plant, and materials
  • Conduct site briefings and maintain health & safety standards
  • Liaise with site management and project stakeholders
  • 4 x Fencing Installers

Essential Requirements

  • CSCS Blue Card
  • Previous experience installing security, ecology, and boundary fencing
  • Ability to work as part of a productive site team
  • Good understanding of health & safety requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of various fencing systems
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Setting out, post installation, mesh and wire fixing
  • Working to programme deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • 2 x Machine Operatives

Essential Requirements

  • CPCS Blue Card
  • Telehandler
  • Dumper/Roller
  • 360 Excavator
  • Experience supporting fencing and infrastructure projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Operation of plant equipment to support fencing installation
  • Material handling and site logistics
  • Excavation and post-hole preparation
  • Daily plant inspections and compliance checks
  • Ideal Team
  • Applicants should be able to provide a complete fencing team consisting of:
  • 1 x Supervisor
  • 4 x Fencing Installers
  • 2 x Machine Operatives

Teams with previous major civil infrastructure, highway, utilities, or rail experience will be highly advantageous.
