We are currently recruiting for a Civils Groundworks Supervisor for a major Civils project in the West Midlands area.

We require someone who can motivate & guide the existing team on site and effectively communicate between Site Management and workers to follow the outlined programme whilst engaging with site Engineers.

  • The person we are looking for will be Supervising the workforce with the following tasks:
  • Lift pit construction (structural works)
  • Secondary drainage
  • Systems ducting & chambers
  • Earthworks (backfilling & compaction / muckaway)
  • Finishing works (Coping stones, paving, street furniture/lighting etc)

  • CSCS Card
