Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working with data? Do you enjoy producing reports, maintaining accurate records and supporting a busy HR function?

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our fast-paced HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is a varied role where you'll take ownership of HR reporting and people data, whilst also supporting a range of HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, Excel and systems, whilst also being part of a busy and collaborative HR team.

The Role

A significant part of this role focuses on producing, maintaining and analysing HR data and management information.

You will be responsible for delivering regular and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy across HR systems and providing valuable people information to support business decision-making.

Alongside reporting responsibilities, you'll support a variety of HR administrative processes, help maintain employee records and assist with general HR queries.

  • Producing a wide range of scheduled and ad hoc HR reports.
  • Delivering headcount, turnover, salary and workforce reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Performing regular data reconciliations to ensure HR system accuracy.
  • Producing compliance and mandatory training reports.
  • Supporting annual salary review, bonus and holiday reporting processes.
  • Providing accurate people data to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Building and producing customised reports for HR and internal stakeholders.

Benefits & Data Administration

  • Managing employee benefits data and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting benefit renewals, reconciliations and annual benefit enrolment activities.
  • Coordinating benefit-related data updates with payroll and external providers.
  • Maintaining accurate records relating to company benefits and fleet administration.
  • HR Administration
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR administration queries.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Preparing contracts, contractual change letters and employee correspondence.
  • Supporting onboarding, probation monitoring, family leave administration, flexible working requests and leaver processes.
  • Liaising with managers, employees and payroll to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with a variety of administrative activities in a busy environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a busy environment. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within HR.
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and data manipulation.
  • Experience producing and maintaining reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent numerical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise a varied workload.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using HR systems and producing people data or management information reports.
  • An understanding of employee benefits administration and/or payroll processes would be advantageous
