We are looking for friendly volunteers who can help the visitors and answer the calls we receive at our animal clinic. This is an important role that enables us to help more animals in need of medical attention and treatment.
What you will be doing
- Welcoming visitors and callers acting as a liaison with staff and other volunteers.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as updating and adding details to our computer system
- Taking payments using our card machine
- Promoting our work of the animal

- Great customer service skills
- Someone who is friendly, cheerful, calm under pressure with fantastic organisational and communication skills
- Patience and the willingness to learn is important as full training will be given, and experienced volunteers and paid staff will always support you
