Administrator (Retail – onsite at LE3 1UQ)
Could you support our busy RSPCA branch by donating your skills as a highly efficient administrator and organiser? For this role we would like you to have some previous experience of basic administration skills and be happy in a role that involves answering enquiries over the telephone, by email and by letter and supporting the team in any other administration duties where necessary. You will need to be confident in using Excel and familiar with Microsoft Teams too. You should also have experience of working within a team but be able to use your own initiative and effectively communicate. Also, you have an awareness of the principles of data protection and the importance of confidentiality when handling personal information. This role is a great opportunity to meet people and make new friends, in a fun environment at the heart of the local community.
