Could you support our busy RSPCA branch by donating your skills as a highly efficient administrator within our Animal Journey Team? For this role, we would like you to have some previous experience in basic administration skills as well as customer service and be happy in a role that involves meeting and greeting potential adopters in person, answering queries over the telephone, by email, and by letter, and supporting the team in any other administration duties where necessary.
You should also have experience of working within a team but be able to use your own initiative and effectively communicate. Additionally, you should have an awareness of the principles of data protection and the importance of confidentiality when handling personal information.
This role within the team that handles all of our animal adoptions is a great opportunity to meet people and make new friends in a fun environment at the heart of the local community.
