RSPB Scotland is seeking a visionary leader to become Scotland Director, responsible for shaping nature recovery and influencing policy across Scotland. The role leads a passionate team and delivers impact through evidenced-based programmes.
Based in Scotland with flexible working and travel, the post reports to the Chief Operating Officer and sits on the Management Board to drive Scotland's strategic delivery and complete major projects such as the Orkney Native Wildlife Project and Peatland.
