What can you expect?
RSM are offering an exciting hybrid work shadowing programme across Audit, Tax and Consulting for those who have a desire to learn more about the accountancy profession.
This is a fantastic opportunity to find out more about the world of accountancy and to gain a real insight in to the different types of work that we do, how we work as a firm and the opportunities available to you after finishing college/sixth form.
The intended five-day programme will include:
- insight sessions across various departments within the business;
- interactive exercises and/or case studies to help give you a real feel for the kind of work we do;
- networking, personal branding, wellbeing and employability sessions;
- plenty of opportunities to hear from/speak to current trainees;
- hybrid working - you will have the opportunity to work from one of our RSM offices and work from home as part of the programme;
- a two-way debrief and feedback session at the end of the programme.
You will also have your own logbook to complete over the course of the week, where you can record your activities and reflect on the skills and knowledge you have gained.
This hybrid work shadowing programme is open to Year 12 and Year 13 students within the UK, and is scheduled to take place on the 29th July - 2nd August 2024
The successful candidates must be available for the full duration of this week.
