We are searching for an experienced Information Security Training and Awareness Analyst to join our Information Security team in our London office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust information security awareness program. This role also involves promoting a culture of security awareness across the organisation through the creation of engaging training materials.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Developing and delivering comprehensive information security awareness programs for employees at all levels.
  • Working closely with the in-house training team to create engaging and interactive awareness materials, including presentations and e-learning modules.
  • Conducting regular information security awareness sessions and workshops to educate employees on security best practices.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure information security awareness content is relevant and up to date.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of information security awareness programs and making improvements as needed.

  • Demonstrable relevant experience and awareness of information security obtained from a previous information security role, including supporting and administering an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • Experience in managing information security awareness and communications campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and persuasive skills.
  • Self-motivated regarding personal development and the development of others within the organisation.
  • ISO 27001 accreditation and maintenance of existing certifications (desirable but not essential).
