You will assist in the delivery of orderly wind downs, corporate reorganisation assignments, and work on members voluntary liquidation appointments across a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring that clients and other interested parties receive a quality service in all respects. Responsibilities Complete assignments in accordance with the Firm’s standard procedures and statutory obligations, confirming arrangements with the client, company, or appointer, including costs and billing. Work closely with team members to plan and execute assignments, potentially managing cases, in accordance with procedures and regulations. This includes: Providing training and support to junior staff. Progressing Members Voluntary Liquidation from start to finish. Preparing and seeking approval for engagement and ancillary documents. Completing KPIs for managerial approval. Ensuring timely completion of diary lines. Data entry into internal systems. General case administration including billing. Members Voluntary Liquidation experience is preferred, with opportunities to develop skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Understanding client challenges and developing solutions: Handling pre-appointment matters and advisory work. Attending initial meetings with clients. Communicating with clients and analyzing received information. Providing practical advice on wind down scenarios. Collaborating on group reorganization projects. Additional duties include: Assisting with client onboarding and timely completion of procedures. Managing project budgets and discussing significant issues with stakeholders. Liaising with shareholders, directors, and other parties. Monitoring profitability and billing clients promptly. Participating in marketing and training activities. Maintaining health and safety standards. Performing other duties as assigned. Personal and professional qualities Experience in client handling. Experience in Restructuring Advisory or Members Voluntary Liquidations is advantageous but not essential. Strong organizational, communication, and commercial skills.
