Working as part of a cohesive multi-location team, delivering projects and marketing activity support for the wider business, including the Service Line and Industry teams. In addition, the role will deliver activities to support the targeting of quality new business and services to existing clients. You will work with the manager and Head of Projects and Operations to deliver medium to long-term projects for the business. The role will require you to work with stakeholders across various business units and seniority levels as well as being able to communicate to the wider marketing team, the schedule of projects and campaigns. This role is for a fixed term 12-month contract and based in our London office.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Producing marketing communications, and providing project management support, ensuring programmes, events, campaigns and bids are delivered effectively and efficiently.
- Providing delivery support for key projects and campaigns across our service lines and industries.
- Supporting the delivery of internal conferences and internal comms activity contributing to the ongoing internal education of our campaigns, projects and marketing materials.
- Supporting with the development of bid content for our national service lines and industries, ensuring that periodic reviews and improvements take place.
- Producing content, both digital and off-line, to support ongoing external communications activity across the business.
What we are looking for:
- A marketing professional, with at least 3 years of good level of experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
- An individual with project management skills and experience.
- Professional, credible and confident communicator, with the ability to work effectively with partners and internal marketing teams at all levels within the firm.
