As an Outsourcing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate management accounts, adding value wherever possible and ensuring client deadlines and expectations are met or exceeded. You’ll make an impact by:
- Scheduling, supervising, and reviewing work of assistants and senior assistants to ensure appropriate standards are met, providing feedback and development objectives.
- Conducting an analytical review of the P&L, variance analysis and appropriate commentary.
- Taking responsibility for all balance sheet and payroll reconciliations.
- VAT returns preparation for reviews by the Authorised Individual.
- Being responsible for the preparation and completion of all relevant Citadel details with Admin team.

- Qualified or part qualified in CIMA/ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems SAP, Netsuite, Great Plains.
- Ability to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Good written, telephonic and verbal communication skills.
- Effective use of IT, including Microsoft Office packages in particular Excel.
- Ability to think logically and demonstrate problem solving skills.
- Proactively assist team members on other clients at crucial times in reporting.
