We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and proactive individual with experience in an equivalent position within a leading professional services firm or in‑house internal audit function within the financial services industry. You will be technically proficient in executing audits in accordance with IIA standards and have a ‘can‑do’ and proactive attitude, accustomed to working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and quality standards. As you will be interacting with senior individuals within RSM and the businesses we serve, excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are critical to this role. You will be able to demonstrate how you have added significant value through your work and driven change.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Being a part of a team that is growing quickly in financial services internal audit.
- Acting as a client manager, ensuring excellent relationships with clients.
- Leading and developing team members as they join the firm and grow, acting as a mentor and role model.
- Managing risk so that client engagements are safely managed and well run.
