As one of the world's largest networks of audit, tax and consulting firms, RSM delivers big ideas and premium service to help middle‑market businesses thrive. We are a fast‑growing firm with big ambitions – we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.
This role will form part of a team of managers and coordinators responsible for implementing and managing multi‑country, multi‑service outsourcing engagements. These engagements typically include coordinating the preparation of annual tax returns and financial statements for clients operating in ten or more countries. The preparation itself is delivered through a combination of RSM’s global network of local member firms and RSM UK’s automated service delivery teams. This is a fast‑growing business which is expanding rapidly and is a core component of the firm’s global growth strategy. Activities of the GCRS team cover the bid/proposal, pricing, implementation and delivery of these contracts. The GCRS team is the focal point in the UK and Europe for the management of all significant multi‑country outsourcing engagements, working to client relationship holders and to the Consulting leadership in the UK and globally. The role demands the highly proactive management of multiple concurrent engagements and proposals and so requires exceptional organisational skills.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Lead and grow an international client portfolio, owning client relationships end‑to‑end with autonomy, including delivery oversight, weekly client calls, issue resolution, and risk management.
- Manage, develop, and inspire teams, providing line management, workload prioritisation, coaching, and delegation to ensure high‑quality, timely compliance delivery.
- Drive commercial performance and business growth, leading tenders, onboarding new clients, managing fees, billing, and financial performance across your portfolio.
- Shape and strengthen the wider practice, contributing to recruitment, global network collaboration, service improvements, and departmental efficiency initiatives.
What we are looking for:
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!
- Proven professional services experience with a strong understanding of tax compliance and financial statements preparation.
- Excellent client and account management skills, with cultural awareness when working with international stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive self‑starter with strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experienced people manager with the ability to develop others, supported by strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
What we can offer you:
We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.
- Hybrid and Flexible working
- 27 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)
- Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP
- Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team
