We are searching for an experienced Digital Training Manager. Make an impact at RSM UK. We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join RSM UK’s Data and Digital Technical Training team as a Manager, right at the forefront of our next phase of digital transformation. Working hand-in-hand with Digital Leads and the Head of Talent Technology and Skills, you will play a key role in cultivating a vibrant culture of learning, experimentation, and digital excellence. You’ll make an impact by:
- Designing, delivering, and continuously improving digital and data training programmes for all staff groups, with a particular focus on embedding digital skills in early careers and student training.
- Developing technical training in 5 key categories: data, AI, digital productivity tools (Loop, Planner, OneDrive, Teams), digital outputs, and digital trends.
- Maintaining and updating centralised learning resources, including intranet sites and video libraries, ensuring content is current, relevant, and globally aligned.
- Building and supporting communities of practice, Digital Champions, and Ambassadors, fostering collaboration and sharing best practice across the business.
- Working in partnership with the AI Hub to ensure training is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Embedding digital skills development into all early careers and residential training, conducting robust training needs analysis and designing technical training for all student cohorts.
- Developing clear career pathways for early digital careers and ATC/Core staff, ensuring regular maintenance and updates to keep pace with digital change.
- Championing initiatives that nurture future digital leaders, supporting career progression and the development of foundational digital skills.
- Supporting the AI Hub with bespoke training for new tools, agents, and prompt libraries.
What we are looking for:
- Strong data and digital skills alongside a passion for digital transformation, technology, and innovation.
- Experience in delivering live digital skills training to a multitude of audiences at all levels.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering digital/data training at scale, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Understanding of learning experience platforms (LXPs), Microsoft Suite (including Fabric and Power BI) and editing tools such as Camtasia.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience managing complex relationships.
- Strong operational leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive cultural change and foster communities of best practice.
- Agility to adapt to rapid technological change.
