Weare looking for an VAT Compliance Administrative Assistant for one of ournational offices, to support our wider VAT Compliance team.

This role wouldsuit someone who is looking for an environment where they will have opportunityto accelerate their knowledge, skills and development in a creative, entrepreneurial and supportive team working with lots of fantastic people alongthe way.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Drafting standard documents, formatting reports, and produce various VAT Compliance team reports.
  • Developing proficiency in client billing to support billing tasks, including raising invoices and WIP adjustments, opportunity tracking, and updating client and business activity information.
  • Supporting the setup, maintenance and documentation of VAT processes to ensure clarity, consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Reviewing client data, identifying potential VAT advisory opportunities, and collaborating with global VAT experts to meet client needs.
  • Assisting with the new client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Contributing to internal projects and supporting the wider team.
  • Working on VAT process improvements and supporting efficiency projects that enhance client service.

  • Experience supporting senior management or partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Independent problem-solving, deadline management, and maintaining professionalism in client and colleague interactions.
