We are seeking someone to join the Consulting Technical Team with a particular focus on development and delivery of training across our Risk and Governance solution.
The Consulting Technical Team provides outstanding technical support to all our client-facing teams across our six solutions, ensuring our people are equipped with the necessary resources and knowledge to deliver premium services. This role offers the chance to contribute to the development and delivery of training that equips our people with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Consulting six solutions to design and deliver courses that are clear, engaging, and relevant.
We understand that presenting can feel daunting, so we’ll provide ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions to help you build confidence and develop the skills needed to deliver training effectively.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Designing and delivering blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in-person.
- Reviewing and refreshing existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
- Converting business needs into practical learning experiences.
- Identifying skills gaps and implementing targeted training to support capability growth.
- Collaborating with technical experts and senior leaders to co-create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
